Volunteer Spotlight - Savannah Williams

Savannah Williams

The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program of the Second Judicial District has selected Savannah Williams as Volunteer Spotlight. CASA of the 2nd Judicial District has been fortunate to have a fantastic resource of high-quality advocates to serve our children in foster care. Savanah Williams is just such a super-powered volunteer. Currently assigned to two cases, one in Craighead and one in Poinsett County, she deftly handles the current limits in contact ordered by the situation and makes the most of social media methods and phone visits. Michael Graham, Advocate Coordinator for Poinsett County, takes this opportunity to spotlight Savvy Williams and her wonder dog, Sunny. "Savvy is so confident in how to work the case and is rock solid in getting the parents involved with the court orders", Michael says. Michael also reports that Sunny, her doggy, is a dachshund, but the American Kennel Association has put Michael in quarantine for miss Identifying an obvious member of the Boxer Breed. Thank you, Savannah, for all you do!
